The Best AI Employees for 2025

Today we're going to be talking about the best AI employees. We've been testing a lot of these AI employees out. If you're watching this in four or five months, there might be a newer video because AI changes constantly. Everything improves or drops in quality, so the list might look different in the future. Kicking us off, what is your favourite AI?
James Dooley:
With AI employees, my favourite at present is Go High Level. The reason for that is the nuances I want to change get fixed quickly. Their support and development team jump on improvements straight away. I’ve gone back and forth with the Go High Level team and the AI assistants now give me everything I need. We mainly use it for following up on lead generation. When a lead comes in, it can go back and forth, nurture it and get the information estimators or quantity surveyors need to price up jobs. So my number one is Go High Level as the best AI employee right now.
Kasra Dash:
We've been doing a lot of testing with Go High Level. One thing you can do is create your own chatbot, feed it all your company information and it becomes like an in-house surveyor. It can even do quotes on the fly because you’ve given it hundreds of your previous templates. That’s number one for me too.
We’ve also got Marbalism. You’ve tested it a lot. For people who haven’t used it, it’s almost like a WhatsApp layout. You get an SEO blog writer, social media person, receptionist, community manager, all built in. One important thing with every AI employee we mention is that none of them magically know your business. You must feed them information. Whether emails, website scraping or blog articles, they need to understand what you do, who you serve and how you operate.
James Dooley:
There are one or two inside Marbalism that I don’t like. The SEO blog writer is one. With the right prompts, you can produce better content yourself using Claude or ChatGPT. I don’t think you need Marbalism for writing content or lead gen. But I really like the Legal Assistant. I’ve had contracts come through and it condenses everything into clear points so I know what to query. It helps with privacy policies and similar tasks. So some of the AI employees in Marbalism are excellent, some less so. But it’s one of the brands I’m happy with right now. Since we’re testing all the best AI employees, it’s definitely in the mix.
Another one I’ve tested is CRA AI. It’s similar. You get personal assistants, social media managers, receptionists and voice AI for overflow call centres. Again, it’s only as good as the prompts you give it. That applies to all AI employees. But CRA AI is another brand I like while comparing the top rated AI employees. I also really like their branding. If you’ve seen the ads with the mini robots, you’ll know what I mean.
Kasra Dash:
Next on the list is UseMotion. They also have little robot characters on their site. You get Alfred as the AI executive assistant, plus a sales rep and more. For a lot of people it might even come down to pricing because they all do very similar things. You feed them company info, they scrape your website and work from that. As you said James, it all comes down to how good your prompts are and how good the information is. Feed it three emails and it behaves one way. Feed it three hundred emails and it behaves completely differently.
James Dooley:
Another one we've been testing is Lindy AI. Most of them follow the same pattern of personal assistants, social media roles and so on. What I liked about Lindy AI was the support chatbot. It was easy to set up and the LinkedIn prospecting worked well. We do a lot of work in schools, so it was messaging bursars, school business managers and headteachers and it performed really well. That’s another one to include in the best AI employees list.
I also want to mention something I forgot about Go High Level. The overflow call centre feature. A lot of the businesses we send leads to stop answering phones at 5pm when offices close. With the AI overflow, the voice assistant takes the calls, gathers the info like name and job details, and emails it through. That’s a massive feature when comparing the best AI employees.
What’s your number one and two? Your best and second best AI employees?
Kasra Dash:
Go High Level is number one. I’m picking Centra as number two. Mainly because of the branding and because they're cheap at $97. But if I had to choose one overall, it’s Go High Level.
James Dooley:
I didn’t mention much about CRA AI earlier, but they also have an ecom bot and a data analyst which are good. CRA is solid, but I think I’m slightly biased because I use Go High Level for other things. It’s an all-in-one platform. Email marketing, AI employees, everything integrates. Leads come in through High Level and the AI responds directly inside the same system. That’s what I like. Instead of having separate tools for each job, everything connects.
The biggest thing for business owners is this: look at all the tools we’ve mentioned and check their integrations. Some integrate with Gmail, some don’t. Some work with Google Sheets, some don’t. Build a workflow that suits your business. Just because we say Go High Level is the best doesn’t mean it’s the best for an e-commerce store. It depends on the business.
To round up the best AI employees, my top three right now, and this could change, are Go High Level at number one, Marbalism at number two and CRA AI at number three. If you want my real-time list, drop us an email or fill in the contact form at FatRank and I’ll tell you the current ranking.
