Why AI Employees Are Changing Everything

Today we're going to be talking about the benefits of AI employees. I am joined with James. We've been testing out a lot of AI employees. We've been messing around with artificial intelligence as a whole over the past two years. So James, what are the benefits of AI employees?

James Dooley:
Benefit number one for me is scalability. It's infinite scalability with artificial intelligence. If you get inundated with enquiries, we do a lot of lead generation at FatRank and some businesses can't deal with the volume. An AI employee can go back and forth to gather information, which can replace a dozen staff members. Those tedious tasks still need doing and an AI employee can handle them. Scalability is definitely benefit number one.

Kasra Dash:
My second benefit is the data set it can remember. If you've ever spoken to myself or James in person, we forget a lot. What's your name again? The point is AI doesn’t. It remembers far more. Sometimes I wish I could plug an AI into my brain just for the memory side. From a memory point of view and for making more informed business decisions, it definitely helps.

James Dooley:
Benefit number three is that AI employees never ring in sick. They work every single day. They never get a hangover on a Monday morning and fail to turn up. That makes a massive difference when you're planning and scaling. Human staff being off can hinder a business. Consistency is a big benefit. You also don’t need to motivate an AI employee either, which is another advantage.

Kasra Dash:
The next benefit is SOP training. When training real staff, you might need to repeat that training or SOP four or five times and still get questions. With AI employees, even though they aren’t perfect, you often only need to train it once and it understands. It links back to the memory point I mentioned earlier.

James Dooley:
Another massive one is speed and deliverability. If an employee is busy or on the phone, they might not respond to enquiries for an hour. With the right funnels, an AI employee can respond within five seconds and gather the information needed. The speed is a huge benefit for certain businesses.

Kasra Dash:
Another benefit is cost. Go High Level is around $97. Sentra is similar at $75. There are loads of AI employee tools. If you compare having two AI services versus one staff member, minimum wage now is what, two to two and a half grand a month? From that perspective, it's a massive cost saving.

James Dooley:
Another big one is consistency of communication. It’s like Jordan Belfort’s straight line system. AI keeps things straight and narrow. Humans go off on tangents. AI reduces errors, keeps communication consistent, and ensures the right information gets collected. That’s a huge benefit.

Kasra Dash:
My next one is a two-pronged approach. If you have a real employee and pair them with an AI employee, you're basically supercharging them. If that human is a six out of ten, the AI with all your business information boosts their performance and reduces failure.

James Dooley:
If we recap the benefits, AI employees are cheaper, faster, more intelligent and they never ring in sick. If someone said they had an employee who was rapid, cheap, excellent and always turned up, you'd hire them immediately. If you give AI the right prompts and information, why wouldn't you use AI employees? It's a no-brainer. The real challenge is choosing the right AI employee platform.

Kasra Dash:
We’ve created loads of videos about whether AI employees are worth it, which platforms are best and the advantages and disadvantages. If you want to watch those, check out the link in the description. This video focuses on the benefits and advantages of employing an AI employee. If you have questions, drop them below.
