If you're looking to grow an insulation company the first thing I would do to get leads almost instantly is team up with a lead generation company. SEO is a long term play but it is much safer. I would get all of your pages listed on your website and optimise them. Loft insulation, interior insulation or exterior wall insulation. Then target locations you cover. If you are a Manchester company go after loft insulation Oldham, loft insulation Eccles and so on.

Use your blog to educate people. Then build links. On the SEO side you also have your Google Business Profile. Get as many reviews as possible. Upload photos. Do the same on social media. If you can get before and after photos or video footage that helps. Many insulation companies now put GoPros on contractors and upload the videos. That goes a long way.

A big play with SEO is explaining the savings on energy bills. If you put loft insulation in you could save money. There are also government grants. Try to get all that information on your website and share it on social media. Explain the benefits with videos. People want to know why they should get insulation. If it saves them money they are interested.

Touch on government grants too. These change all the time. Be the company with the right information. When people share your content you become top of mind when they think about insulation.

The major two parts for me are teaming up with a lead generation company to get that instant flow of enquiries and then improving your SEO and branding. Get more reviews and testimonials so your conversion rate improves. If you get those two right you will grow your insulation company.
